Our patent application design is for the base of the monument only. Because some cemeteries do not allow uprights, our design can be counter sunk into the surface of the ground and used as a flat marker.

Base dimensions will vary with the purchase choice for capacity. The uprights can also be purchased separately and will come in various styles.

This new stacking system will be designed like a traditional burial monument. It allows remains to be placed into the base of the monument. (Fig. 1) and stacked in sched-­‐80 pipe (Fig. 2) which will extend below the ground as low as six feet or as little as one foot.
 

The sched-­‐80 pipe will be approximately 8 inches in diameter (Fig. 2) allowing the urns to be placed and stacked inside. The pipe can be sized and placed as desired by the purchaser.
 

At the top of the monument base the stacking pipe will be covered by a granite or bronze plate. (Fig. 3) The cemetery will be the only one that can open this plate for access providing periodical internment of family urns. This will ensure the cemetery will be properly paid for as well.

Our new design will allow multiple burials on single, small plots of land. This will allow families to be interred together for a fraction of the cost compared to large mausoleums, etc.

This system will allow family burial for generations, which is green for the environment, saving precious land.
 

Cemeteries will also benefit from residual income on smaller plots, which will help maintain their business for generations as well.

Since cemeteries are willing to consider remains as ashes, ideally they can charge families to have non‐human remains buried on these plots.
 

This system can also be purchased and used for pets for more organized pet cemeteries or home backyard use.
